I need to create a staircase consisting of a straight ramp and a helical ramp.

I used the "staircase" command and created the straight ramp and with the flag on "automatic landing" I tried to create the helical ramp.The result is that, if I follow the path of the staircase, the warning "impossible to create staircase" appears, but if I widen with respect to the path, the staircase is created without problems (here are photos of the two cases: 

How can I solve this? It seems that the problem lies in the landing

(Sorry if the English is not perfect but I am writing from Italian and with Revit commands in Italian so the name of some may be slightly different, I hope you understand anyway)I'm using Revit 22
