Under the "Drafting" tools you find a tool called "Spot Dimension" This gives the RL height dimension given to the floor!
I hope that is what your looking for!

hi nicolas,
i figured out that i couldn't make this tag related to a floorheight because the color fill was on and the floors were than automatically non visible and so not taggable.
without the color fill it works fine, but i cannot tag the the topograpgy or site elements with the same family, [read family settings] it there a way to make this spot dimension working for the other geometry aswell!
