Other than the difficult task of creating multiple voids and cut, is there a family that can be purchased to do this.

There are so many different styles of fonts yet your question is just about "Incised v grouve lettering" what ever that is....  Search by that name and I am sure you will find nothing.  Maybe if you use a recocognized type face you may find what you want.

Chiseled lettering in stone WWHub. I typically create incised lettering via another method and it is flat, but was asked to provide a true chiseled font. So I did. Many many sweeps with a chamfer profile. But curse what a difference it makes.

I was thinking model text and just tried however it will not cut the wall. That would be a nice feature.  Maybe wish list?

I wonder if using sketchup would be better for creating these letters using the follow me with a V shape.  Then each letter could be set as a void family.  Still a lot of work.
