Hi - I cannot find an offset pull handle for a sliding door anywhere, say 1000mm long, square'ish. Something like the attached.

quickly made a GM family for the pull (Revit 2021). You just need to load it into your door family and then align it and lock it where you want and link the parameters.

Thank you for this. Unfortunately I cannot download your family - I get gobbledigook!

Is there another way?

You are not following the instructions on the download page.  Read them!  They tell you what to do if you see just ascii characters like this.  This is because of your browser ... they treat the downloads differently.

Gee thanks. Perhaps you could be less aggressive and point me in the right direction. I don't see any instructions.

I'm not agressive but so many people just plain don't follow or read directions.  Below is the image of the first page when you say download - please read it this time.

I looked you up to see if you may have trouble with the English language but I don't think so.  Do you not understand this in the image I posted?

If your browser is opening the file up as a text file, right click the link and select "Save Target As" (or similarily worded)

Or did you not know that text is not just alpha-numeric but also includes characters like the image you posted?

As I wrote earlier "This is because of your browser ... they treat the downloads differently."

It must be a browser issue (I use Chrome) as when I click the family it immediately puts it into the download tray at the bottom of the screen.
