I have created several templates, and suddenly one of them change the default level to 2nd floor. When I need to place a new architectural wall, it alway on the 2nd level, all other templates are still starting on the 1st level. It bothers me a lot.

Please help!

2020.1.

Templates do not change themselves, they are as they were created or modified by someone.

So, edit the template to what you want.

I am assuming you are talking about if you draw a wall in 3D then the base constraint is defaulting to Level 2? When drawing in a plan view the base constraint should be defaulting to the associated level.

I would check to make sure the plan views are named according to their base constraints.

Other than that you could go to an elevation/section and then move the level 2 down to the level 1 location and vice versa and then rename them correctly.
