Hi,

I would like to draw a cuved fence in my site plan, with an X in it. I imported a straight line and can change the symbols to an X but it cannot be a curved line. Is there a linetype with an X that can be curved too? Thank you in advance.

Sorry, this has been a problem for some time.  You can create a repeating detail family, which is what I think you used, but obviously, this is not an easy solution for curves.

Here is a Detail family with a curved line with text.

Parameters include:

Radius (Instance)

Angle (Instance)

Count (Instance)

Label (Type)

Unfortunately I could only make this in 2021. I tried 2017 but the radius for the Label positioning does not work in that version. I even tried nesting the label into a family that controlled the radius and then loading that into the radial array family but the label does not appear in project if it is nested more than one deep.
