Hi Revit community,
A colleague has a been receiving an error when trying to add revisions to a sheet.
The project is from 2016 and has been through many hands and has been upgraded a couple of times, all prior to my time at the company. It is currently in Revit 2019. My colleague also has only just picked up this project to make some changes to the construction drawings.
Firstly, she can get Revision 1-10 without issues using an alphanumeric sequence, which admittedly she is using as a second numeric sequence (why i dont know - i think the project was set up this way a long time ago, and its become too late to change anything). The Alphanumric revisions have prefix added "C". When we add additional values past 10, i.e. 11- 30, we get the following error: "Revision Number "C11" is used more than once".
When i expand the error, it says that sequence 16 & 27 are the issues, however every instance of sequence 16 & 27 within the project are below Revision 10 (mostly 4 or 5). There are no C11 revisions in the entire project - the closest being 2 C10's.
There are only 5 numeric sequences in the project, which, even if i delete them, all it does is move the problem sewquences up (it become sequence 12 and 23 instead).
Im at a complete loss as to what the cause could be and where to look for an answer - google isnt even helping at this stage!
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

you need to add more numbers/values (..24,25,....) in the sequence
