Another user inserted (not linked) a .dwg file in a drafting view and then exploded the .dwg file. This in turn created line types out of all the layers and fill regions for all the different hatch patterns. I have gone back through and deleted all the line styles and hatch patterns through Manage > Additional Settings > Lines Styles/Fill Patterns. They are no longer appearing in these setting dialogue boxes.
The issue I am left with is when I go to draw a fill region the fill patterns are still there. I have gone through to Object Styles and they are still showing the .dwg file name, which would suggest the .dwg file is still in the file but it cannot be found in that drafting view he inserted it in.
How can I get these fill patterns to not show when I go to create a new fill region? It's not affecting the work but I would like to get this cleaned up.
Thanks for your help in advance.

You may have learned the hard way not to explode CAD files. Read this:
https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-architecture-forum/delete-unused-filled-region/td-p/1607037
You can export the view to cad and import into a detail view in Revit.NOTE - Never explode CAD in your project. Always import into a junk working project, explode then change all lines and filled regions to your project standards. Then use import view from file to bring into your project. Or you can have both projects open and copy paste.

WWHub,
Thanks for the assist. I looked through the project browser and could've sworn I didn't find the field regions in the there. I learned many years ago not to explode .dwg files in projects. We JV'd with another firm and while working in the same central file they exploded a couple .dwg files.
Got it fixed and can now stop stressing it.
thanks again.
