I am creating a title block an would like to add a lable to say Client address. In the select parameter box there no parameter that say Client Address and would like to add one. How does i go about creating one that say Client Address?

You need to create a new shared parameter that you add to your titleblock .rfa and to your project template or file.
The Revit help file has some info on shared parameters. A word of caution with using them is that you need to fully understand the process and think about the future when creating the shared parameter file location, parameter groups and parameter types.
There are some blogs out there that cover the titleblock creation pretty well. Try a Google search or jump on some via my www.reviteer.com site and have a look around.
