I'm rendering up 3 images of a 3 storey house I'm working on. One image is of the ground floor cut at 1.2m high, one is of the first floor at 1.2m above finished floor level, and one is of the second floor at 1.2m above finished floor level. Quite simple really.
The GF render came out perfectly, with the walls showing blockwork, brickwork and plaster cut but solid, lovely soft shadows, perspective and radiosity all giving pleasant results.
I'm now trying to get the FF render to the same standard. However, on the FF render the walls are showing hollow - both internal and external walls, with the same properties as the GF walls (the external ones ARE the GF ones, as they go up to the roof from GF level).
I've even tried adjusting the scope box in the GF view to make sure the settings are unchanged, but the walls still render differently.
So, what is happening to my walls above the first floor level? Is this a glitch in Revit or user error?
I've attached a picture showing the two results, as you can see the walls don't show well on the FF one, and the shadows seem to have gone nasty too. I've checked and double checked and all the settings I can find are the same on both views.
