Trying to learn how to write hatch pattern codes. I can't figure out how to write the code for a lap pattern. Which 12 in the attached code do I need to change to 4 or 8 to achieve a 1/3 lap pattern for a 12X24?

Found the answer on another site. For those who may need the correct code for a 12X24 with one-third lap the code is as follows:
*12x24 1/3 LAP;%TYPE=MODEL0, 0, 0, 0, 1290, 0,0, 12,8, 12, -24

Here is a nice visual guide on how the pattern files work and what each value represents.
