I am setting up the ceiling lights and they are all flip around, how can i fix it?

"Flip around" ... I don't know what you are saying.
Are you saying they are upside down? If so, you are probably not placing them correctly. Are you using a properly created ceiling plan. Look up some videos on Revit ceiling plans.
