Hello,
I added a door # to the doors in my linked revit model. When I open the main model, it is not updating the door # based on the linked model. The door no is almost frozen and non editable. How can I hcange or fix this?
Thank you. This is urgent.

You can not edit a door number in a linked model while in the host model.

Hello,
Thank you for the response. I closed the host model and opened the linked model. I updated the door nos and closed the file. I opened the host model, but it does not update the door nos. There is a freeze command in the schedule then. How do I fix this? See attached. The nos. 1-9 is correct but 45-60 is wrong and from the linked model. This is urgent. Thank you.

The freeze command is available to use but you don't want to do that. If it were frozen, then the unfreeze would become available.
Are you sure your host model is linked to the model you edited? It has to be the same name and in the same location as when linked. In your model, select that link to update.

It worked, it was linked to another folder. Thank you so much, much appreciated!

Hello,
One more question, on the same project I have used the same window in both the linked model and the host model. But in the host window schedule the field data are all blank of the linked window. How can I make the data appear? The data in the linked model window schedule are filled in. Thsi is confusing and frustrating. Please help.
Thank you in advance.
