Hello I'm new to revit and I'm redesigning a bathroom for a project in my college class. So my problem is that i've downloaded some components from revitcity to my files and when I try to open the component to place into revit nothing appears. If anyone can help me or tell me what I am doing wrong that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Open the family in the family editor and see if it is actually modelled in 3D. It might just be 2D detail lines or a masked area showing only in plan.
