I have been working on this problem for a while and decide it is more of a printing issue than a Revit issue.
Does anyone know how to not have the whole view print so faint?
I can't figure out what it means to use Control bar at bottom left of the view window?
I use 2020
Thanks!

Raster printing will always give you lighter prints but typically not as light as you have shown us. I always used Cutepdf as you are and not seen this much difference.
If you look at similar threds below, some people used DWF then to PDF.

Thanks WWHub,
In learning how to export to DWF, all I can seem to get is this squigly line mess.
I have tried many different settings to still only get this.
Any thoughts?
