I should note, nothing in the model and have tried changing the veiw hts
I keep getting these lines speratically through the windows only on the prints? I've tried everything, any ideas as to what it is?

Before I attempt to answer your question, I notice that the back line of the brick seems to jog on either side of the window. If there is anything in the design that is doing this then disregard this: Our printing is all pixel based and lines that are not exactly vertical or horizontal will show this characteristic. If ortho was not on when you drew this wall, then it may not be truely horizontal. And it may be off so little that it will not show off using an angle dimension. Creating a truely horizontal line with ortho on then trying to dimentionb vertically between this wall and the line will check that. Revit will not dimension if they are not perfically parallel.
Now for your question. Check that slider window family. This is a stupid arrow in the family. Usually if you have that, it should be done so it can be turned off when unwanted.

Looks like an arrow for casement window that is somehow getting cut off to me. I would do like WWHub says and check the window family.
