When I open project, Revit dave the message:

"An error has occurred while drawing the contents of this window. This window shall be closed".

What the reason of appearance of this message?

The window closing message typically indicates a corrupt Revit file.  You may have to use a backup.

The second message is from the Revitcity server and has nothing to do with your Revit file.
