We have numerous skylights that will be sloped in two directions, but can't figure out how to model them. To compound problems, the skylights are each sitting on roof curbs and the curbs will be sloped in one direction where it joins the roof and then sloped in two directions at the top where it joins the skylight. The roof pitch is 1/4 on 12 and then the skylight slope is 2 on 12, but the skylight slope is perpendicular to the roof slope. Any ideas how to best do this?

I doubt that you have asked your question correctly. I would think your skylight is a fixed element setting on a curb and the sloe of the curb is what determines the final slope of your skylight. As such, you model your curb to get these slopes and the skylight is hosted to the plane that defines the top of the curb. A pretty simple model using that approach.
