How can I clean up this wall condition. I wish the horizontal interior stud (single wall type) to come across to the window. The vertical wall is a wall style with veneer attached. I need the veneer pulled back at this condition.

Why doesn't the stud wall go across and the window is in that wall?

I don't think you undersood my answer. Run the metal stud wall across the opening and let your curtain wall cut it out.
