I converted my revit sheets to image with the pixel size corresponding to the particular sheet size. The resulting image has a black outline along the edges of the image and while printing it comes as a border with some distance from the edges of the sheet. So the actual sheet is getting scaled down and printing within a border that i didnt specify.
The same thing happens when converting to pdf also. Any ideas on how to solve?

Why would you ever convert a sheet to an image? Print directly to PDF if you need it to be portable.
