This is a Wishlist item not for Revit but for Revitcity.com.

You guys are an important resource for Revit users because you offer loads of one-off models that other sites don't have. But from my experience this is by far the slowest and hardest to use. Simply opening your site takes much too long. Having to log in each time we visit only makes it worse.

Could you PLEASE speed it up? We're on deadlines out here.

Thanks.

I've been using and contributing to this site for well over 10 years. I find the site opens quickly enough and functions quickly ? I use th 'remember me' to avail logging in each time. Maybe try using that tool ? Perhaps the slow down is on your end via security or browser settings or other apps running but I can say with full backing that this site does not suffer from a speed issue. Lastly "IT'S FREE" and revitcity is not responsible for your deadlines lol Suck it up butter cup. I repeat "IT'S FREE" so don't fee entitled for lightning speed when you're getting a ton out of it and paying ZERO. Let's be realistic now. You stats show you've contributed very little but have 345 downlods. I'd say you're getting your money's worth.

Thanks, dgcad. Point taken.

FYI, I just opened the site, using Chrome instead of Safari and (wow) you are right. It is fast. The issue is clearly at my end.

At your suggestion, I will try to upload some content.

I am using Chrome and Revitcity is terribly slow.  It's so slow I'm considering a different site.  Fix it please.

in my case, using chrome, it has worked fast always. For not to "log in" every time you enter the site, be shure you dont have checked the "delete cookies" when deleting the navigation history in you browser settings. And of course, checked the "remember me".

The poster above just joined a few months ago and has no other posts or uploads and just 9 downloads.   A really experienced user of this site ...NOT!

To be honest, I find the site very slow and it often crashes on opening - it used to be faster.  Also, because a user does not have many posts, it does not make their experience irrelevant.

The site is not what it used to be.  I have posted quite a few forum posts in the last few years, although I'm still on the same amount of posts.  I note the same for other users also.

TheodorJohansen - I see no value in what you just posted.  If you have something that is meaningful the please enlighten us.
