Good day!
I have created theatre seating rows using stair tool. It shows up fine on plan view while in 3D and section it looks weird. Any advice?

Yes, there is something very wrong there but I have no solutions. The portion shown beyond the wall in your perspective that should not be there says something is very corrupted.
I would never use stairs for this. Much easier to use slabs and walls which is what I have always done. Easier to adjust and the slabs will host the seating.

I bet that your stair is monolitic...Select that stair, go to Type Properties and under Construction -> Underside Surface choose Stepped (and Apply)You see the difference?
