Have section for stairs, same type and material,
but it appearing in section def.
as shown in attchment,
anyone know the reason for that...!?

Are both stairs in the same phase?
Cut another section and see how it looks. That could reveal any possible over-rides.

figured out, when i makes edit for component stair and converted to sketch stair, with strange treads design,
revit accepted, but it came out of box...
