I am having a struggle starting a new Revit project as I can't find any template file (either metric or imperial). I have even tried to uninstall the content library and reinstall them again but still I can't access any template or library in my Revit. Passing trough C:/program files/Autodesk/ Revit 2016 I can't find anything named as Library or Template. Can you please help me?

The location (path) of your tempate files is set under the Revit R dropdown and after setting this, they are available to your projects. This is all normally set during the install but you may not have done that correctly, especially if you use network libraries. This setting is machine specific.
