How can I add a railing on this wall. I tried a mass form which would work for a straight wall but this one slopes so I cant rotate the mass. Any ideas

An option is to create a sloping floor or a ramp as a topping to the wall - a railing will host to these.

I would like to be able to draw a massing form. I can extrude the railing but I cant seem to get the massing to follow the profile of the wall

That link is for straight walls. Revit cant put a railing ontop of a curved sloped wall, its not that smart.

Look again at the link. #4 shows the railing hosted on a sloping wall. You have to sketch the path of the railing.

I think it's doable.
See attached pictures.

Did you try my suggestion? Here is a curved sloped floor on top of a curved wall that is attached to the floor. The railing hosts to the floor. The floor can be given the same finish as the wall.

How did you draw the wall ontop of the curved wall(created from a mass).

John,
Why did you create your wall from a mass? It would be far better to use a wall and use a plane set at an angle to cut it.

I guess I dont know how to create a curved AND sloped wall that way. Super fast in mass, you and manipulate the grips of the form.

Even faster using native tools. Good place to learn something new.
Simple find / create an elevation or section that would be perpidicular to the plane you want the top of the wall to end at and read the following:

John
I drew a curved wall (normal wall - not a mass).
I drew a curved floor on top with a slope arrow.
I attached the wall to the floor.
I drew a curved railing over the floor.
I hosted the railing to the floor.
