Greeting,
im trying to delete a floor but revit gives and error : "the top of the wall is lower than the base of the wall"
any suggestions...!

This can happen when a wall is attached to the level you are deleting. Have Revit show you the offending element so you can ghange either the top or bottom settings.

Detach the wall from the floor first. You may find that you need to adjust the wall first.
