I have a simple cabinet elevation and want to use colours from RTV Paint on the doors & drawers 

Is there a way to do it please

Set your view to shaded.  If you have modelled the cabinet, then you need to set up and apply materials to it, or give it a materail parameter, either in the family, or in the project if it is modelled in place.

tim123 It is not modelled it is just a Detail Line drawing.

Use a filled region and set it to the colour that you would like.  If you want the lines a different colour, go to line style settings where you can create new line styles.
