How to build roads on the terrain? I use building pad but it has error: two pad with different slope not match with each other. Is there any better way to help me? Thanks all.

It depends what you need to achieve. If it's for visual purposes, you could use a subregion, or you could split the surface to show the different levels. Revit has never been very good for civil works, so you will have limited functionality with these options. Another option to consider is using the railing tool to create the road, as this can follow the contours of the topography. There are also add-in apps that you can use, such as Siteworks.

Here is the best method that was posted several years ago. This one creates a road with curbs but you could do this in a similar manner if you had ditches instead.
