Is there a method to create flashing for any roof element by simply selecting lines on which the flashing goes? I created a flashing profile and then tried creating a model in place sweep, but as you can see in the attached image, it's not working because the angle of the flashing profile changes. Is there a workaround?

I have a couple of thoughts.
- Your flashing on the side of the chimney is incorrect type. With a shingled roof, this must be a stepped flashing like attached image. You could make these as a family - you might only model the visual portion and not the tab that is under the shingle.
- The flashing across the bottom can be a sweep using a different profile then you have now.
- Across the top could be a sweep that is only the visible portion.
