Hello,
What would be the best way to pull a dimension from the center of a conduit fitting. I have some 90 degree bends that need dimensions right on the center of the 90. I tried adding some detail lines in the family but still can't see them placed in the model correctly.

In family editor, use reference lines instead of detail lines. Select each one and in properties change them to Strong reference. Save and import into model. You should then be able to put dimension to the reference lines even though you cannot see them.
