I have a filled region loaded into a detail component family that is transparent. I have the same filled region loaded into the project. The filled region acts transparent in the DC family however when I load it into the project it becomes opaque (even thought it is still noted as transparent). Has anyone else run into this?
Thanks!

The project RULES. If any asset / material / region is defined in the project before a family is loaded, the project's settings always over-rule the family.

Understood, however I have the same filled region in the project that is transpartent. I loaded that transparent filled region into the detail component family and it is transparent in the family while I'm editing it. However, when I load it back into the project the filled region become opaque.
Any ideas?

Any chance there's a 'masking region' at play in the family ? Or just rename the filled region to a unique name in the family (maybe even rename the family itself and reload it. If it's still opaque then the problem lies in the family somewhere.

No masking regions. I tried created both a new filled region and saving the detail component as a different family name. Neither of them worked. Thanks for the tips thought! If I change the Filled region pattern from solid light grey transparent (the one that won't show up transparent in the project) to a diagonal line transparent, that works. I may end up choosing a different filled region pattern, but it still bugs me that it won't work.
