i am having an issue with double printing. when i choose 1 copy i get 2 copies of most but not all of my sheets! what can be causing this?

Just a shot in the dark . . . . make sure your default printer is NOT set to "Microsoft print to PDF" regardless of whwether or not you are using it. This setting causes all kinds of unexplanable printing errors. It should be removed because it's useless and comes with very limited sheet sizes and no means to create new sizes and for the most part just doesn't work.
