Hello, I am fairly new to revit, but have been drafting for som time, i would like to put an active dimension into a tag. my company shows shearwalls by a line and i have alrady made it into a detail item so i t can be tagged properly and have made the tag see attached. i would like te upper box to have the correct dimension in it and was hoping by using shared parammeters it would e able to show dimention as I tag the item rather than having to go in and put it in manually. but when i tag the shearwall i can asjust all labels and will make them live when we decide its what we want, but i the dimesion does not show it is correct in properties but does not populate shared parameter label am i missing something or does someone have a templete i could modify to my own liking
