I'm trying to create the following view title in Revit, to match our existing AutoCAD standards. Does anyone know how to create this? The box needs to adjust to the size of the view that it is titling:

I'm not sure what you mean by it needs to adjust. Typically these kind of views are made with legend views, but you can also create it on your sheet.

I had to separate them into two families, one for the box, another for view title.
Hope that someone can provide a better idea.
