I'm working on my door schedule in Revit.  Usually, when our office has a specific item on the schedule we wish to review further, we will change the font color of that cell to show we need to come back and reexamine the issue.  I'm currently not able to do this in Revit (the edit font option is greyed out when on specific cells).  Does anyone have any suggestions on how they have handled this in their firm?  I created a yes/no parameter where I can shade the entire row of the door, but it would be easier to do this on a per cell basis.

You cant do this in Revit - its not like excel, you can only change text globally headings, columns and cell text. Try using a revision cloud or a big red 2D circle.
