I created shared parameters for a site elevation value of the F.F.E of my level 1. My intent is to add a label where I can record this value and use that label with my elevation levels, and on my floor plan view titles. 

I  can successfully get these shared parameters into my project, but when I record the value in my elevation level, it does not automatically populate the label in my floor plan view titles despite using the same shared parameter. Am I using this incorrectly?

In the attached images, I would like these two values to match one another when I change it in one place. I've manually matched the highlighted values at the moment.
