I am using Revit 2016 and want to create a couple of different cover sheets. One of our submittal procedures requires 2 different jurisdiction reviews, which i want to create 2 different cover sheets for while retaining the same information on both with the exception of the sheet index. Is it possible to do this?

Sure.... I would assume you already have a cover sheet family, just make two sheets. You can create multiple sheet indexes with filters to show what you want.
