I've added a shared parameter to a wire type family called "Conduit Run Name" for tagging and scheduling home runs in Revit, and I've checked the "Electrical Circuits" category in the Parameter Properties. The tagging works fine, but in an Electrical Circuits schedule, the header appears but the field is blank. Anyone got any idea why, and how to overcome this rather frustrating problem?

When you have more than one value for a field in Revit, the field remains blank. Look at your schedule sorting. If your schedule is sorted by this field with show every instance, you will find the error.

Yeah. i've only got the one instance, but thanks for your reply, I really appreciate it. Turns out on escalation that it's a "known issue." Anyway, I hope your post helps someone else. -tk
