Hello,
I'm new to Revit have a few questions.....
While making changes for the client (on the elevation pages) I copied the Elevation Markers. Now my Elevations Dimensions are off.
Please see attached file. Is there a way I can manually change the dimension text without changing the walls/and linked items?
Thanks!

You coppied what ? The levels ? If so you need to 'STOP' immediately and learn how to use REVIT . . . OMG . . . STOP NOW !!
Close the file, do not save, take your hand off the mouse, step back and take some REVIT lessons.

Look, maybe dgcad was a little blunt but he is right. You need to learn some basic fundamentals before jupping in with both feet like you question reveals. To just answer you is not what you need. Revit is not CAD and thinking/doing CAD processes will give you all sorts of problems. Spend some time learning at least the basics of Revit - Start with some good Revit fundamental books or/and cadclips or better off, some outside training.

Ok, just to show you guys I kind of know what I'm doing. Here's an addition I did over the weekend.
It's not perfect, but it's not bad. Your comments are welcomed!
Thanks.

You don't have anything attached. But back to your original question of "Is there a way I can manually change the dimension text without changing the walls/and linked items?" The answer is no, you can't "fake" things in Revit like that and you shouldn't.
