Working on a project using Revit, and the colaberation of Revit models using BIM 360 Team, i seem to always forget to put things on their rightful workset as i am modeling them. Is there a way to make it so that every time I place a new level, it atomatically goes to the Shared Levels & Grids Workset? or Everytime I place a beam or Coulumn it is assigned a workset I had created?
Thank you for your time!

No way to have Revit think for you - too many rules to define that. This is a discipline that you have to learn and emphsize toother team members. The model/file is only as good as you make it and you need to be able to trust the model.
What I do is I review our file often lookinf for miss placed elements. For most 3D work, I use a 3d view with all worksets off then I turn on one at a time. I do the same with plans and where appropriate, elevation and sections. It doesn't take look when done regularly.
