Hello everyone and thank you for your time,
I am currently working in an renovation of a bldg. and I am trying to join a roof to both the existing roof and an additional roof.
Is there a way I can join a roof to multiple faces?
Right now when I join the new roof to the existing one, I get this weird hole.

That's a complicated area because of the overhang. I think part of your problem is the walls below but that is just a guess. I see one of them on the roof to the right. As an investigation, delete the front (fascia side) wall on those two roofs and see how that affects this join.
An easy fix would be to knotch the left roof at this junction.
