Hai guys, this is my first time post..anyway how to create this type of roof, is there any tutorial. Thank You

Here is how I would do.
Draw a standard pitched roof to the plan size you need (ignore the dutch gable). i.e. draw sketch lines along the line of the eave and give each sketch line the correct slope angle so when the roof generates, it creates hips and ridge lines. Then use an in place family to model the dutch gable. You can make it using three parts. First extrusion to shape the pitched roof buildup (you can use a void to cut the extrusion at the angled roof face), second extrusion to create the external wall beneath the roof and the third part to form the barge board.
