my stair center railing wraps and returns up/down as it should at the inteermediate landins. but when it comes to the floor level landins the stop and start a new run and do not wrap with the stairs. is ther a way to seet this so the railing wraps ant both areas.

Remember, this is not a multisory railing, it is one railing repeated over multi-stories.
I usually start that railing sketch half way between the two stairs and end it half way on the other side.
