Revit schedules are not excel, they read there information typically from model elements, it is not just text.
You don't say what these columns really are. Typically 'Room Name' would get its value from the room. How did you create the (Room Name) column? Is it just text?

Sorry Sir I was abroad,
Room : Name is the real room name and it gets all the data from room calculation point
(Room Name) it's the name that will appear on the sign, and I was planning to make a fromula to get the room name from the room calculation point but I failed, I created it with shared parameter to use it with tags

If you want this new field to eqaul the room name field then do that with a formula.

The formula would work if you literally wanted to copy every single cell from room name to room sign name, but that doesn't work in the few instances that they are different. For instance what if 90% of the room signage names did equal the room names, but you still wanted to make exceptions for a few cells?

Revit is not dumb, the schedules reflect the data in the model - no exceptions. If you want a different room name for a room, then that room must be named differently.

Sometimes a building owner is mostly happy with the room names that we've assigned for the project, but they want to make changes to other room names for their room signage package. In construction, it is too late to change the room names in Revit because they have all been assigned to various schedules (room finishes, doors, hardware, etc.). The contractor has already issued submittals based off these room names now set in stone. It would wreak havoc to try to change the room names after submttals have been processed. Therefore, we need to create another set of room names, specifically for room signage package.
So the dilemma is finding a way to copy the assigned room names to another column quickly (not one by one); and then being able to change the new column without changing the original Revit room name. Yes a formula could work in which Revit copies automatically, but then you would not be able to change owner room names on the fly without changing the original room name because it is dependent on the formula.

Create a new project parameter and assign that to rooms - maybe called 'Room Signage'. That shared parameter can then be scheduled.
