Hi
please find attached Snap.
I cant see my Room or room tag in the plan, where i have raised floor . it is around 500mm above the level line (a lift Lobby)
please advise.

The floor is room bounding and limits your room as you can see with the blue area. Redo your room to start at this higher elevation.
