Hello evreryone
I am trying to create door/window schedules and tags that will allow independent numbering for each type (such as aluminum wood metal) and also link the level of each specific instance in the schedule and the tag
I would like some step to step advice
many thanks

You can't always get what you want.
Obviously, the door schedule can show the level of the door. Why would you need that in a tag?
Not sure what you mean by independent numbering. Door numbers are pretty flexible but that will not automatically associate with the door type, that up to you. Door numbers do not have to be sequential, again, that is up to you.
We sometimes add a sub category to doors that can be in the tag and schedule. You can do that and enter whatever you want. Simply add a shared parameters to doors at the project level and use that same parameter in a new tag.

You write: ".... how do i make the lik between a specific door and it location/level /floor name..." IT can be in a schedule. The door instance properties includes the level.
'If you are working on the second floor and the last door you placed on the first floor was 121, the next door you place will be 122 but you want second floor to start with 200.... so do that. Change this door number to 200 and the next one will be 201. Understand?

Sometimes I wish there was a way to check if the values stored in a parameter are unique, other than manually going through schedules.

I'm not following yor question.
So as a simple example. What doors have 3'-0" width? ... where for some reason, yon don't want any two to be the same.
Use a schedule and sort by that parameter.
