Good morning

My firm is in the process of desining a new open amphitheatre shell which contains several facets and is not symmetrical in any way. We built this file through sketchup and imported into Revit as a Conceptual mass which works great. The issue I am having is how to easily apply a steel endoskeleton to the mass that will nicely follow the interior joints the facets are creating? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hard to answer without more information like some pictures of the Ampitheatre.Using conceptual masses is fine to portray tricky non-orthogonal shapes at a concept level but when you move into a more technical level like considering what the structural support is, masses become a little too simple for effective use.

I have attached a few pdf's of the proposed exterior shell for your reference. I have determined that I actually have two issues..

1. Properly laying out the structural elements to suit the shape.

2. Having all the wall/roofs (which are walls) join properly instead of all birdmouthing as they currently are showing.

Thank you,
