been a while since i posted, but i have an issue and this is where i turn when i am stumped...anyone have issues while placing an interior elevation and when you go to the view it is 2" high and you need to adjust the crop region manually. i can use the elevation marker and place it outside the building and it works fine, the view shows the whole elevation. i am getting frustrated with having to adjust each elevation.
thaks in advance for any ideas.

In all my years of Revit, I never did find out how these got reset from the default. Maybe someone learned how at AU.

I found this, hope works 4 u:
Change the settings (physically) for the crop region in the template file you are using.
Open template draw a wall
open elevation change the crop region
delete the wall
open splash screen
close hidden windows
save
close

I know that the template is not the issue. This setting somehow gets altered during use in a file that came from a correct template.
