Hello.

I have 5 YES/NO instance parameters in a family that I want to be able to check only one at a time. So I need to have all five available for checking but when I check one the other four become uncheckable. (Greyed out). I tried playing around with and, or, if, not in the formulas but cant seem to get what I want because as soon as I type in a formula the parameters gets grey out.

Does anyone know if this can be achieved and how?

Thanks you.

Please check the post below to see if that was what you are looking for.

https://www.revitcity.com/downloads.php?action=view&object_id=11536.

The way I did was using Yes/No parameters to control if the extrusion is visible or not and associated with other parameters to control the graphic of the family.

You can open any door family, go to “Properties”, under Graphic, Type A, B, C, D are all Yes/No parameters, then combine with “IF” formula. This way you can have more combinations than just Yes/No which has two only.
