Has anyone created subcategories of Site to be used for Easements and other Setback requirements? I'm having difficulty working out a process to make these in a way that I can have sketch-based or line based families that would utilize this effectively. Ideally this would be accomplished as duplicated family type of property lines and then assigned to the appropriate subcategory. But maybe someone has a good Revit-y process for this?

Cheers.
